  • The Clerk III Business Administration will work under direct supervision and guidance, provides clerical support in Accounting and Business Operations for staffing including the Business Manager, FE Supply, Buyer, Warehousing and Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides payroll and accounting administrative support including to Accounts Payable.

  • Receives, prioritize, input and forward all service orders to the appropriate shop.

  • Records information, such as name, address, item to be repaired, or service to be rendered.

  • Sorts and distributes service tickets or material to workers.

  • Prepares written work schedules based on established guidelines and priorities.

  • Ability to create special reports through manual and data processing information sources using computer maintenance systems such as GFEBS, CMMS, and Cost Point systems as requested by the Management Staff or Government.

  • Provide weekly service order verification report to each individual shop to check for any discrepancies.

  • Maintains facility files by contract requirements in a neat, orderly and timely manner.

  • Greets visitors in a professional courteous manner, ascertains the nature of business and direct them accordingly.

  • Supports the project Safety Plan through personal involvement in all aspects of safety, including training and attention to the adherence to safety requirements pertaining to particular trades or skills.

  • This position may be designated as Mission Critical as required by the company to meet contract requirements.

  • This position may be part of an emergency management/response team as required by the company to meet contract requirements.

  • Performs other tasks as directed by supervisor.

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications : (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • High school Diploma or equivalent. Previous work related skill, knowledge, or experience.

  • Minimum three (3) years experience in Clerical / Office Operations, Business Management experience a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to Obtain a Secret Clearance.

  • Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s license and be deemed insurable under company policy.

  • Must have working knowledge of computers and the ability to use commercial software programs such as Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, GFEBS, and CostPoint and perform system administration functions and other computer skills.

  • Ability to answer multiple telephone lines.

  • Maintain neat and orderly files.

  • Ability to read, write and receive written and/or verbal instructions in English. And to be able to communicate information clearly and concisely, using written and verbal skills.

  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills for interfacing with military and civilian customers.

  • Ability to use forms and databases to provide monthly CDRL reports to the Government or Project Site Manager.

  • Ability to use good judgment and common sense when performing job functions.

  • Possess patience to work under stressful conditions.

  • The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.

  • During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
