The Quality Control Technician will assist the Quality Assurance Manager in the daily quality functions. Perform quality inspections in all work areas, and audits following the ISO 9001:-2015 standard, under the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager. Follow and enforce company and department policies and procedures. Maintain and update employee training records. Perform Document and Records Control in accordance with ISO requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts daily inspections of facilities maintenance work, in all work areas. Respond when emergency repairs are made to ensure that photographs of water and sewage line breaks are taken, prior to backfill of excavations. Conducts random, unannounced quality surveillance visits to all work centers.
Conducts customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction with work performed and gathers feedback to identify potential areas of improvement.
Document and report inspection data and perform trend analysis.
Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in managing the overall quality control program operation in accordance with the Quality Control Plan, and Company policies and procedures;
Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in establishing and maintaining effective control plans and procedures for the business management system.
Ensures that contract requirements are met on time.
Conducts and approves corrective actions associated with the quality Inspection Program.
Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in maintaining inspection records and documentation associated with the Quality Program.
Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in developing, implementing and improving the quality management system;
Audits for the minimization of quality discrepancies and ensures timely corrective action to preclude deficiencies.
Assist in analyzing trend data to identify problems.
Maintains inspection records and documentation associated with the quality program.
Prepares required reports pertaining to quality for Management.
Provides functional expertise for resolving differences of opinion and

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
BA or BS Degree is preferred.
A minimum of one (1) year of Quality Control experience in maintenance and repairs of buildings and building’s system preferred.
Experience with government contracts and base housing regulations is preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to obtain and retain a Secret Clearance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Familiar with the Department of Defense (DoD) particularly, as applicable to Base Operation Support Services (BOSS), Range Maintenance, and maintenance of military family housing or similar environment.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance.
A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of the ISO 9001-2015 Standard is preferred.
Ability to travel to remote locations, use good judgment and common sense when performing job functions, ability to follow written and verbal instructions,
Ability to be punctual and possess patience to work under stressful conditions.
Ability to identify areas requiring immediate attention and the use of practical skill to solve problems.
Must be available to work variable shifts including weekends when required.
Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with customers and craftsmen at all levels
