CACI is seeking a Medical Materiel Lead to join our team on Air Mobility Command (AMC) Patient Movement Item (PMI) in Dupo, IL If your looking to invent your future in a role providing much needed support to our CACI mission in medical logistics, CACI would like to speak with you.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Providing operations support pertaining to medical logistics.
Support changing customer mission requirements in regard to Patient Movement Item (PMI) Center operations to effect positive outcomes in completing tasks.
Ensure the staff follows AFI 41-209 Medical Logistics Support, DODI 6000.11, Patient Movement and guidelines established by HQ AMC.
Meet frequently with staff to review priorities, establishes time-lines to meet suspense’s, and corroborates understanding and conformance to verbal and written guidelines.
Conduct periodic inventories to validate information is accurately reflected in the Patient Movement Items Tracking System (PMITS) and in DMLSS.
Establish and maintain checklists to enhance conformance in the use of PMITS by users.
Participates in headquarters sponsored medical exercises, conducts PMITS related training and provides updated information for field use by aeromedical evacuation teams.
Attends HQ AMC planning meetings and provides feedback regarding status of major PMI related projects.
Act as the primary PMI Program subject matter expert for orientation and training for the DOD Patient Movement Item Program.
Support AMC/SG Manpower and Equipment Force Packaging (MEFPAK) related activities.
Assists with developing the annual WRM budget and program changes for future revisions.
Assists the AMC staff regarding MEFPAK plans, programs, and activities.

A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, or Business related area
A minimum 10 years Air Force Medical Logistics experience.
Graduate of the Air Force Medical Materiel Apprentice Course is preferable or(a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing Aeromedical Evacuation medical supply and equipment inventories.
Experienced in the use of the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support System.
Possess a minimum of four years MAJCOM level experience.
Must be able to pass a favorable National Agency Check with Local Law and Credit (NACLC)

- Experience working at the Air Mobility Command Surgeon’s Office
