Cintas Administrative and Finance Manager in Durham, North Carolina

Cintas is seeking an Administrative and Finance Manager for our Fire Protection division. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day administrative functions for the location, including accounting functions; ensuring compliance with policies and internal audits when required; performing monthly closing accounting functions, ensuring balance of all office accounts payable, accounts receivable and accrual-based transactions; functioning as the audit champion; supervising office clerical employee-partners regarding schedules, task assignments and policy compliance; supporting the Service Department and service managers; completing weekly safety audits; coordinating the capital expenditure authorization process; maintaining and auditing the Fixed Asset Log ensuring accuracy of depreciation schedules; performing month-end accounting functions; ensuring timely and accurate billing consolidation activities and accurate reconciliation of cash applications that exceed $5M per month; overseeing payment schedules for subcontractor network of over 1500 companies; validating monthly customer rebate accruals; managing a team of approximately 20 employee-partners; working with Directors on reconciliation of monthly income statements and G/L's to ensure accuracy; and financial analysis
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced knowledge of Excel; intranet/internet
Effective communication skills
Experience in accounting software systems (SAP, Netsuite, Quick Books)
- 3-5 years' office management experience
