The Lead Infrastructure Specialist position is responsible for evaluating ECM infrastructure architecture requirements, advising on implementation of appropriate equipment, designing virtual machines to specified requirements for application implementation, and managing operating system templates to satisfy application requirements and CIS security. The position is required to be well-versed in all aspects of the infrastructure architecture as it pertains to ECM technology to support and advise on proper procedures, automation techniques and problem resolution.
The Lead Infrastructure Specialist will ensure that accepted industry practices are adhered to in the ECM environment provisioning, mitigate procedures when security scans expose gaps and provide support to the other IT engineers.
The will advise the Provisioning Manager on enterprise environment requirements, support Steady State resources in problem resolution of customer environments, change request/service request remediation and status.
The employee will perform as an Infrastructure Architect in the build and provisioning and decommissioning of ECM environments supporting both internal and external clients.
This individual is required to have strong communication skills both verbal and written, strong and effective team skills, and the ability to perform professionally and accurately under pressure from demanding customers, aggressive timelines and in support of critical situations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
7+ years of system administration experience
5+ years of other IT experience
7+ years experience in managing systems
1 year experience in project management
Ansible automation and other scripting experience
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Deep experience in aspects of infrastructure, operating systems (Windows and Linux)
Demonstrated knowledge of IBM middleware is desired
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
Commitment to customer satisfaction and service
Technical knowledge and experience in multi-discipline areas
