The Sales

Productivity Analyst will be responsible for driving sales productivity through

the identification and coordination of cross-departmental efforts. These initiatives will often be diverse,

however the common denominators will impact both customers and prospects

through these types of activities:

  • Identify areas for productivity improvement and implement changes with

each team.

  • Implement process/tool changes as needed.

  • Manage each sales productivity metric as its own project.

  • Develop benchmarking metrics and communicate to the teams in a timely

and efficient manner.

  • Meet all goals and deadlines.

  • Ensure that relevant regional sales organizations are equipped with

timely details, talk tracks, and resources to ensure optimal outcomes for all

customer and prospect related engagements.

  • C ollaborate

with Marketing and Client Services on customer webinars topics and other


  • Streamline efforts to create interest and drive attendance to Bronto

and related partner events.

  • Coordinate post event activities regarding attendance, recordings,

follow-ups on questions, and feedback to each account manager.


  • BA/BS Degree

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience

  • Experience managing concurrent projects in a fast paced, changing


  • PMP Certification a plus

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Prior working experience in a sales organization a plus


  • Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship

  • Ability to work out of our Durham headquarters

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.

Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 5 years of project management or related experience.
