Senior level negotiator position to manage key hospitals/groups in Boise, ID, and Portland, OR market. Maintain/build relationships to continue to build Commercial, Medicare, Value-Based Contracting, and ACO Company initiatives.

Fundamental Components:

Build strategic partnerships with key hospitals/large physician groups in Boise, ID and Portland, OR, market. Continue to build the Commercial, Medicare, Value-Based Contracting, and ACO partnerships in market. Develop strong relationship skills with partners to ensure Company is competitive business partner.


Strong communication, critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills. Strong relationship skills. Building strategic partnerships.

7+ years related experience and expert level negotiation skills with successful track record negotiating contracts with large or complex provider systems.

Proven working knowledge of provider financial issues and competitor strategies, complex contracting options, financial/contracting arrangements and regulatory requirements.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
