The Hertz Corporation Parker - $6,000 Retention Bonus Program in East Boston, Massachusetts

General Responsibilities

$6,000 Retention Bonus Program - $1,500 upon completion of 3 months of service; $1,500 upon completion of 4 months of service, and $3,000 upon completion of 6 months of service in the position. Limited spots available!

All candidates MUST be available to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, weekends and holidays.

As a Parker, you will be responsible for:

  • Controlling the flow of cars

  • Marking cars with “hats” indicating appropriate fleet status.

  • Direct all Hertz and vendor car/truck drivers to correct staging area

  • Driving cars from QTA to Parking Garage

  • Park cars in stalls and enter into system.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Must be able to work in all inclement weather conditions

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
