Eaton Corporation Senior Fulfillment Analyst in Eden Prairie, Minnesota
Eaton’s Filtration Division is currently seeking a Senior Fulfillment Analyst. The Senior Fulfillment Analyst will be based out of our Eden Prairie, MN facility.
Eaton’s Filtration division is a leader in liquid filtration that can help companies improve product quality, increase manufacturing efficiency, protect employees and equipment, and help achieve sustainability goals. We help our customers make liquid products and processes clean and pure whether they are involved in sanitary processes like pharmaceutical, food and beverage; industrial water, petrochemicals, marine, automotive, municipal water, agriculture and construction equipment; or power generation from coal, natural gas, nuclear, hydropower and wind.
The Senior Fulfillment Analyst shall sponsor and facilitate deployment of various inventory management and order fulfillment processes across the Filtration Division, including (but not limited to), ABCQ, PFEP and min/max along with supporting tools and tactics. Accompanying these deployments will be the responsibility for ensuring that applicable elements of the Hydraulics Inventory Management processes and policies are sustained.
Essential Responsibilities :
Deploy and maintain an accurate ABCQ product segmentation plan across division sites
Align and maintain MRP systems to link ABCQ with the replenishment plans
Design and maintain replenishment management systems that ensure we have the correct amount of material to meet division OTD and model inventory targets
Create and maintain inventory playbooks for all sites, which accurately define the product and process positioning strategy, the demand variability summary and replenishment design targets
Work with the operations to create accurate inventory forecasts, aligned with the SIOP demand and the replenishment management designs
Create and maintain capacity models for our sites that allow for ease in dimensioning supply v. demand imbalances and which support taking prompt gap-closure measures via the SIOP process
Act as the division fulfillment process champion, focused on installation and management of key inventory management and order fulfillment processes and systems across Filtration sites: ABCQ, PFEP, min/max and others; ensure tie-in of installed processes to plant SIOP, scheduling and order fulfillment elements
Provide ongoing analytical, tool development / deployment and other assistance to sites initial deployment and downstream run-phase fulfillment process activities; manage fulfillment process controls needed to sustain process integrity (i.e. MTS Health / “In-Range” reporting, ERP Health and other metrics / reporting)
Work with a cross-functional team to assign and maintain ABCQ product segmentation codes for all parent and child items in the MRP systems; Implement and maintain PFEP settings in MRP systems to align the replenishment design with the ABCQ product segmentation driven lead times
Support Division sites’ annual execution of their ABCQ and PFEP cycles, aligning within sites and across sites globally; support the design and maintenance of Inventory Playbooks, which accurately define the product and process fulfillment strategy and replenishment plan recommendations that align with the SKU characteristics associated with the site’s product offering along with defining processes’ standard work
Support the design and implementation of replenishment management systems for internal and external suppliers, including selection of the replenishment model, calculation and revaluation of min/max, management of discrete planning parameters, MRP PFEP settings, etc.
Support the design and maintenance of capacity models that connect the SIOP demand forecast with the installed capacity in our facilities; work with the sites to maintain the manning and shift plan to utilize the capacity to meet demand, identifying actions early to allow time to take actions in time to drive operations efficiency
Work with the operations team to maintain monthly inventory forecasts that are aligned with the SIOP demand forecast and established replenishment designs; provide appropriate analytical and other support required

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 1 year of experience in one or more of the following areas: supply chain, manufacturing, or analytics
Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
No relocation is provided. Candidates being considered for this role must reside within 50 miles of the Eden Prairie location.
Preferred Qualifications :
APICS CPIM certification
Prior experience with MFGPro
Prior manufacturing / plant experience
Prior direct experience in SIOP and plant scheduling processes
Minimum 1 year experience working with consumption-based planning and replenishment systems: min/max, Kanban, etc.
Working knowledge of materials replenishment analysis and execution, including pull systems
