AT&T Cyber Security Lead (Government) in El Segundo, California
The Cyber Lead will be responsible for providing recommendations to federal agencies and internal project teams in various areas, including information assurance, business continuity, change management, risk mitigation as well as industry best practices related to cybersecurity and the implementation of cybersecurity solutions.
Create and implement reporting procedures to ensure reporting for all systems
Track and report the status of sponsors Cyber Security Management
Programs, including Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) requirements, training, computer security incident reporting, planning, execution, and other applicable metrics reporting.
Assist sponsors’ Security Operations management in the planning, execution, tracking, and periodic reporting of all aspects of the organization/command.
Prepare vulnerability and threat reports as required.
Operate and maintain business systems including, but not limited to: batch processes, operating procedures (scripts), stored procedures, web applications, files, and data bases in support of the sponsor’s mission. Application lifecycle management changes, including emergency fixes, shall be managed.
Required Skills, Certification, Experience, and Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical, business, operations, or equivalent field
Five (5)+ years of experiences in cyber
CompTIA or CISSP required
Five (5)+ years of experience with evaluating RMF packages
Five (5)+ years of experiences using FISMA tools
Five (5)+ years of experience with network vulnerability analysis
Five (5)+ years of experiences with network vulnerability mitigation
(2)+ years of experience with DoD cyber policies
Five (5)+ years of experience with developing Interim Authorization to Test (IATT), Authorization to Operate (ATO) packages for approval
Require current and valid certification in accordance with (IAW) DoD 8140.01 Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level II and Level III before contract start and throughout the duration of the contract. Example certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional: (CISSP), Security+, Network+ and/or Certification Authorization Professional (CAP)
TS, SCI Eligible
Experience as forward deployed and worked in a high threat and austere
Master’s degree or higher in a technical, business, operations, or
Military service (active or reserve status)
