Oracle Operations & Contracts Lead Analyst – LATAM - NetSuite Services in El Segundo, California
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.

The Operations & ContractLead Analyst will support the NetSuite Oracle Customer Success Operations organization,in the LATAM region. As the operationallead for this region, this individual will be focused on standard andnon-standard transactions within the region, i.e. enforcement of Companypolicies and procedures (Finance, Legal and Operations), business analytics andreporting insight, escalation of non-standard transactions and legal documentgeneration, maintenance, review and modification. This role will partner withmultiple internal groups including the Services Verticals, Sales Operations,Finance and Legal to maintain compliance, eliminate complexity and provideefficient Customer support
Workwith Legal and Finance and the NetSuite Global Business Unit (NSGBU) tofacilitate approvals, and signature approval process for custom Statement of Worksand Project work orders.
Interfacewith appropriate NSGBU staff to understand the business, finance and/ortechnical issues that may arise in the contract process.
Exercisesound judgment on case by case basis for exception approval and modifications
Ensurecompliance with published Services and GBU business approval policies. Partnerwith internal organizations to understand contract requirements. Collaboratewith impacted parties to generate acceptable documents to facilitate dealclosures.
Workwith the team and PS management to identify process improvement and/or trainingopportunities.
Striveto meet or exceed published service level agreements.
Navigatecontracts database for information regarding customer/partner documents.
Specialprojects as needed.
Miscellaneousreporting and process documentation.
Workwith local business leaders to provide insight and understanding to the NSGBUoperations including interpretation and monitoring of NSGBU produced reportingand analytics
ProvideNSGBU leadership with insight into the needs of the region
Requireminimal supervision ability to make decisions based on expertise andjudgment.
Minimum7 years related experience in the software industry with consulting,operations, contract and/or order management experience.
Bachelor-level equivalent degree required.
Experiencecreating, managing and maintaining shared contracts management databases,including document imaging and reporting.
Demonstratedability to manage multiple, tactical deals while developing standard crossfunctional processes and policies.
Exceptionalattention to detail required.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills and experience integrating the requirementsof various departments.
Mustbe a self-starter, detail oriented, w/ strong organization skills
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work well underpressure of heavy workload and time pressure.
IntermediateMS Office Skills (Excel and Word) required.
Experienceusing ERP applications; NetSuite a plus.
