This role will report to the Vice President, International Tax. Responsibilities will include:
Performing quantitative analyses, including creating and maintaining tax models and databases for all aspects of U.S. international taxation including:
Foreign E&P calculations
Foreign tax credit calculations
Tax basis calculations
Subpart F calculations
Any additional calculations now required under the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing or reviewing U.S. federal income tax information returns and supporting schedules, quarterly estimated tax payments and extensions, withholding tax forms, and other U.S. tax filings as required in relation to non-U.S. activities.
Preparing various analyses as required for the quarterly and annual tax provisions and forecasts.
Preparing both quantitative and qualitative supporting documentation for special projects, tax planning initiatives, and audit support.
Preparing certain quarterly and annual SOX documentation.
Working with members of the Company’s tax, information technology, accounting, and finance functions in order to develop and enhance procedures and controls related to U.S. federal income tax reporting and accounting, creating process efficiencies and ensuring data integrity.
Assisting in providing training as necessary to business unit contacts and data suppliers.
Collaborating with our business partners to drive shareholder value.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Four-year degree in accounting or finance and three to five years of experience working for a Big 4 accounting firm or the in-house tax department of a multinational corporation.
Two to four years of international tax reporting experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Be a strong team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Must have significant experience with U.S. federal income tax compliance.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and be capable of researching complex tax matters and reaching sound conclusions.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products). Must have a working knowledge of ASC 740. Advanced organizational skills, attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure with proactive approach to routine and non-routine occurrences.
