Monsanto Operations Specialist Import Receiving in ENKHUIZEN, Netherlands

  • Managing import shipments; transport planning, phytosanitary planning and administration

  • Organizing and supervising incoming (import) transports;

  • Taking care of clearance of the incoming goods;

  • Planning and administrating phytosanitary inspections with Naktuinbouw.

  • Taking care of quarterly refund requests regarding our IPR license “Actieve Veredeling”

  • Managing the administration and day to day reporting of the various customs licenses held by the site and supporting the Trade Compliance department in being compliant with reporting requirements to the relevant authorities;

  • Executing various checks and registrations;

  • Good communication skills

  • Accurate

  • Numerical capabilities

  • Import processes

  • Customs processes

  • SAP Knowledge pré

  • Microsoft office skills; especially excel

  • Good communicative English knowledge

  • Relevant experience in logistics and import processes

  • HBO level or MBO with relevant experience
