General Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

Possesses solid knowledge of business analysis and translations of Identity and Access Management requirements. Knowledge of the SDLC using agile methodology. Ability to produce UML diagrams, use cases, test cases preferably have used HPQC or ALM. Any continuous integration, continuous deployment and continuous testing experience is a plus. Experience with documentations of requirements traceability matrix, functional specifications, technical specifications, release and training plans.Translates business and functional requirements into technical specifications that support integrated and sustainable designs for designated applications and infrastructure systems by partnering with IT Compliance, SOX, PCI, PII and personal employee information. This position is also responsible for maintaining a broad understanding of infrastructure security operations, collaborating with the IS Architecture & Strategy team to help develop and validate the long-term direction for security technologies, and providing technical subject matter expertise to support the ongoing assessment and mitigation of information security risks. Completes work assignments and supports business-specific projects by applying expertise in subject area; collaborating cross-functionally to make effective business decisions; solving complex problems; escalating high priority issues or risks, as appropriate; and recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities. Key Result Areas:

  1. Gather requirements from stakeholders including Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Architects and IT teams.

  2. Test and validate IAM work products to include Groups, Roles, Permissions and UI forms; participate in release planning, providing incident support to help resolve and remediate application production issues.

  3. Write test scripts per IAM and Governance tools Okta and Saviynt

  4. Perform unit, integration, system/functional, regression, performance and UAT tests using HPQC or ALM withability to register bugs in the ALM tool, assign severity and generate testing reports.

  5. Monitor and manage the evaluation process for Dev/Qual environments to ensure product is properly vetted for Production environment

  6. Manage change control to prevent scope creep

  7. Mange testing and control processes for implementation of SaaS service-based solutions

  8. Conform and comply to all PMO documentation, policies, and best practices

  9. Ability to successfully communicate with all Stakeholders to ensure project/program goals, targets and activities are understood

  10. Collaborates with counterparts in various IT Teams (e.g., database, operations, technical support) throughout system development and implementation.

  11. Ability to identify systems maturity in a maturity model

  12. Being aware of the job roles of Stakeholders working in the business areas.

  13. Define, coordinate, standardize, and integrate IAM across multiple business units on a globally basis.

  14. Recognize common requirements and document re-usable code and procedures to improve the team’s efficiency and productivity.

  15. Work with the development team to handover the detailed data layer mapping for coding

  16. Create Use Cases and Test cases with business teams

  17. Partner with Project Managers, Business Leaders and Technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for contributing towards your integrations

  18. Provide hands-on expert consultation to your team members, including developers and support staff on technical issues

  19. Serve as a subject matter expert in the business problems you solve

  20. Ability to support multiple projects with dependencies, simultaneously

  21. Demonstrate ability to articulate complex technical matters in easy to understand, business facing terms

  22. Strong communication and presentation skills

  23. Demonstrate leadership and business acumen by anticipating business needs and ability to respond with alternative solutions when business priorities change

Mandatory Requirements

Educational Background:

Bachelors or equivalent experience

ITIL, Scrum/Agile, TOGAF

Professional Experience:

5-7 years of technology consulting as Business Analysis and testing experience.

2+ years in technical or functional project lead role.

Knowledge:

  • Solid working knowledge of Cloud and SaaS, IaaS, and DaaS solutions architecture

  • Deep understanding of data migration and systems integration best practices.

  • Ability to decompose requirements.

  • Cloud compute and storage solutions such as Azure, AWS, and BlueMix

  • Knowledge of Active Directory

  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS, Salesforce, RACF, O365 service-oriented integration

  • Knowledge of IT Security and best practice industry standards

  • Knowledge of Responsibility Model of Cloud IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS

  • Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture is a plus.

  • Development experience is a plus.

Skills:

  • Good personal communications and presentation skills

  • IaaS, PaaS, DaaS, SaaS, iDaaS(Identity-Management-as-a-Service), IGA(Identity Governance and Administration), Okta or Saviynt

  • Testing experience to include HPQC or ALM toolset

  • Experience in release management using Release toolset

  • Ability to consistently document project events
