The Hertz Corporation Remarketing Analyst – Trade-in/Pricing in Estero, Florida
The Remarketing Analyst will play a key role and provide detailed analysis and reporting on all retail remarketing activities. This person will provide detailed analysis on all items impacting retail car sales profitability. In addition, this person will focus on the centralized functions of pricing, trades and reconditioning.
Execute centralized pricing per HCS Pricing Playbook standards
Work with HCS stores to improve trade-in performance
Excecute centralized reconditioning process that ensure cost management and quality standards
Apply continuous improvement to Pricing, Trades and Reconditioning centralized functions
Support the retail stores as needed
Provide ad hoc reports as requested
- Minimum 4 year degree
- Excellent analytical skills are a must along with advanced use of Excel and Access. The ideal candidate should be results oriented, have excellent communication and presentation skills and be a self-starter.
Thorough understanding of vehicle remarketing
The ability to analyze and interpret large quantities of data and produce meaningful and concise summary reports that support financial performance
The ability to work as a member of a team
The ability to work with HCS organization
Training as required
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent computer skills is essential – advanced excel
Strong problem-solving skills
