As a Hertz Telecom Analyst, your tasks would be as follow:
Liaise with the Area managers, their management teams and field users to define Telecommunications requirements.
Analysis and monitor Telecom expenses for all locations on a monthly basis
Present post analyses reviews to the Finance Director and his team
Track project milestones, identify problem areas before they impact the project and coordinate corrective actions / contingency and establishing escalation procedures.
Process and provision Telecom orders for new locations and field management mobile devices
Reconcile and resolve Telecom billing discrepancies
Ensure all Telecom invoice are up to date and no arrears.
Manage the Network transformation project for Canada in conjunction with IBM.
Handle all Telecom Support related issues.
Single point of contact for Telecom issues.
Maintain inventory of all Telecom assets and phone numbers
Provide robust reporting on expenses and opportunities
Work with Finance team to reduce expenses
2+ years in a similar role or in a business analysis role
Prefer, Bachelor’s degree in a Business School
Great Project Management Skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to travel within Canada and the US as required
Great Analysis skills
