The Customer Logistics Specialist is responsible for account maintenance, order execution, and service levels while maintaining Church & Dwight performance standards.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Process purchase orders in accordance with Customer and Church & Dwight performance targets (e.g., case fill, on time delivery, least cost sourcing, full pallet compliance, group sourcing, and weight compliance)
With guidance, basic analysis of data, draw conclusions, and recommend actions to improve supply chain performance
Coordinates multiple issues with Supply Chain Planning, Transportation, Warehouse, Credit and Carriers impacting all customer accounts
Form and maintain positive relationships with key internal/external customers
Maintenance of SAP Tables for customer accounts
Education and Experience
1-2 years of Customer Logistics or equivalent work experience required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma required
Skills and Competencies
The successful candidate will have the ability to be well organized and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates basic problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Strong MS Office skills are preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, are a must
Customer service experience and working knowledge of SAP is preferred
Knowledge of Kewill/BlujayTMS or other transportation tracking systems is preferred
