The E-Commerce Logistics Analyst role is responsible for supporting the successful development, implementation, operations and maintenance of Church & Dwight’s Business to Business (B2B) and Direct to Consumer (D2C) fulfillment network, ensuring excellent service, competitive costs and an operational infrastructure to support continued growth and adjusting trends. Responsibilities also include supporting continuous network ‘What If’ analysis and vendor review to ensure optimal service and delivery value. The E-Commerce Logistics Analyst is the internal and external logistics chief liaison on all E-Commerce initiatives and operations.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Drive the delivery of major new E-Commerce capabilities, working with cross-functional, cross-discipline team members to ensure business value
Prepare project analysis for Church & Dwight brands to identify, determine & confirm B2B and D2C rationalization opportunities
Manages vendor-direct systems associated with E-Commerce storage, fulfillment & delivery to ensure functionality and accuracy of inventory, invoicing & vendor data
Leads operational E-Commerce initiatives, to include definition of requirements, vendor review & selection, services agreement negotiation, solution design, testing and implementation; Supports similar B2B operational initiatives
Serves as E-Commerce fulfillment & delivery Subject Matter Expert (SME), as well as lead on educating management and business on vendor performance and alternative solutions & analysis
Serves as logistics lead in B2B and D2C specific sku discussions, task groups, and cross-functional teams designed to smartly improve customer service & experience with cost discipline
Establish supplier KPI dashboard & standards reporting protocol, to include formal quarterly business reviews
Develop cost savings (G2G) & service initiatives, to include supplier conversions and / or productivity initiatives and expanded fulfillment opportunities
Performs additional project related tasks as directed by management
Education and Experience
Minimum 5-7 years' experience as a business analyst, operations analyst, financial analyst or similar role in an E-Commerce environment
Bachelor’s Degree in business, statistics, supply chain or equivalent experience required
Skills and Competencies
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite for the creation of reports, presentations, and analysis and other advanced functionality
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering quality results and meeting deadlines
Detail oriented and able to consistently produce high quality results in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated with the ability to function independently and solve problems.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with business partners and other team members
Knowledge of Magento E-Commerce platform a plus
An understanding of SAP is a plus
