Church & Dwight is seeking a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruitment for the Summer 2020 MBA Marketing Internship Program. As a Campus Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with HR and Marketing to coordinate, manage and track the activities of the full life-cycle recruiting process. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to gain experience in human resources!

This is a part-time position that will run from October 2019 - December 2019. Applicants must be able to commit to the following schedule:

  • Monday thru Friday: 2 hours per day (preferred)

  • -OR-

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 3 hours per day

*There is flexibility to work remotely as needed to commit to the above schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the MBA Marketing Intern Committee by executing various administrative and customer-service aspects of the recruiting process.

  • Schedule and manage candidate interviews (on-demand and live video) via HireVue, including troubleshooting and logistical issues (ie: last minute cancellations, rescheduling, etc.)

  • Build relationships with prospective candidates by managing correspondence, scheduling interviews and providing updates on the recruitment process.

  • Interface with hiring managers to manage calendars for interview scheduling and to obtain post interview feedback.

  • Manage and track the recruitment process utilizing software such as Workday, HireVue and Excel.

  • Attend weekly meetings and provide updates to MBA Marketing Intern Committee.

  • Identify issues/bottlenecks and escalate as appropriate.

  • Manage ad-hoc requests such as reporting, researching universities, conducting market research, etc.

Requirements:

  • Students pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Advertising/Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, etc.)

  • An interest in HR or Talent Acquisition/Campus Recruiting

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to autonomously manage timelines and priorities

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, follow-through and results orientation

  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced corporate environment
