- TheRecruiting Coordinatorsupports the
Director of Recruiting and the Recruiting Team with administrative, clerical
and recruiting support functions.
and manages job descriptions and works closely with Human Resources to map
positions to corporate compensation system for all open requisitions.
Hiring Managers in completing job requisitions and job descriptions, as needed.
all job requisitions and job descriptions with Hiring Managers and HR before
opening in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
and closes requisitions in the ATS.
the requisitions to Recruiters so that they can begin recruiting process.
requisitions with status of candidates daily in the ATS and confirms all
candidates get properly dispositioned.
weekly Open Needs Report; updates and distributes.
all New Hire Notification (NHN) for accuracy before distribution.
and responds to advertisement agency inquiries.
newly awarded contract debriefings, as needed, and provides pre-recruitment
tracking of all submittals.
daily and weekly recruitment team meetings; runs meetings in absence of
advertising expenses for recruitment budget. Records all postings, job boards
costs, mailing list purchases and any additional or associated costs.
placements for the recruiting team.
newly hired recruiters with orientation materials, job board logins and
familiarizes recruiters with all forms, websites and systems. Adds and/or
deletes all recruiters to necessary job boards.
for all recruiting metrics in Taleo.
department credit card charges; reconciles receipts and invoice and charge
backs in system, as needed.
department forms as needed; update in share point.
and reconcile the Requisition Aged Report.
Director of Recruiting daily, as needed.
in curriculum and compiling training materials for team and Hiring Managers
duties as assigned

of 2 years as Administrative/Executive Assistant and Human Resources experience
in Microsoft Office Suite
