MissionEssential Integrated Broadcast Services (IBS) Program Manager in FAIRFAX, Virginia

IMT LLC, a Mission Essential Company, is currently seeking a Program Manager who has a current and comprehensive understanding of the Intelligence Community, Joint Military Operations and also possesses the capability to run a multi-million-dollar program that provides world-class technical services and innovative solutions to the Joint IBS Enterprise.; The PM’s responsibilities include leading IMT’s global operations supporting Joint military and Collaborating Nations customers, overseeing the day-to-day business execution and growth opportunities.; ;The PM will be an integral and critical part of the IMT/ME team crafting technical solutions, providing exceptional customer service and developing relationships that result in protecting core capabilities and diversifying to new customers.;;The IBS Program Manager position will serve as direct report to the ME President.;Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee the implementation of plans in attaining business objectives including those focused on achieving growth into markets and integrating operationsEnsure the organization achieves all financial metrics including bookings, sales and EBITDA. This includes keeping programs that are underway “sold”, but also extends to new organic growth initiativesMaintain the strong rapport between the existing customers and use his/her own credibility and knowledge expertise to develop new customer relationships as wellCoordinate a strategic business development plan with IMT President to advance the business mission and objectives that promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization to meet the Company’s growth objectivesCollaborate with company Executive Leadership team to ensure resources are aligned with opportunities that support the Company’s strategic objectivesCollaborate with the Director of Business Development on the business development operations to ensure cost-effective utilization of resources to achieve the bookings plan and performance metricsEnsure that business is conducted with the highest standards of safety, quality and integrity while maintaining the financial strength of the companyAid in the development of products that market IMT/ME’s capabilities to the customersSupervise all contractor and subcontractor personnel to include organize, direct, coordinate and implementation of activitiesServe as IMT/ME’s representative to the customerPM will work closely with various customer points of contact to include, but not limited to, the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO), System Program Office (SPO), various elements within AFLCMC at Robins AFB, Collaborating Nations representatives, Combatant Command (CCMD) technical representatives, with regard to any program matters which may arise during the contract period of performanceDirect activities of personnel performing on the contract to ensure cost, schedule, and performance requirements are accomplished; include the direct and indirect management of employees and contractors to include hire/fire, performance management, coaching, etc.Draft technical execution and management plans for proposals; draft project operational security plans, progress reports, training plans, reporting metrics, and task order management plansInitiate projects by creating a baseline and conducting an internal kick-off meeting, and external kick-off conferences with the U.S. Government and foreign coalition forcesDevelop Project spend plans and manage monthly budgets and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverablesPerform other duties as assigned
