▶About This Opportunity
Senior Manager -Projects and Controls: This position will support the Revenue Accounting and Shared Services teamsmanaging projects, assisting in change management, performing process reviews, operating and financial control enhancements.
Perform process review of all shared service functions.
Identify process, risks, controls and needed enhancements.
Assist team in making needed process change.
Ensure process documentation is complete and appropriate.
Determine control enhancement required.
Serve as key leader of projects.
Implement change management.
Communications of change.
Develop management reporting for each team, establishing and monitoring KPI.
Provide interim leadership and support for teams/functions with transitional needs.
Assist in Development of training and maintenance of training materials and needed store communications.
Experience: 10+ years.
Prior SOX experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and internal control requirements.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate with other teams within the organization.
Ability to lead large projects.
Ability to provide leadership of teams with varying degrees of talent, to change work processes and behaviors and to gain support of change as new initiatives are proposed.
