CACI International Training and Experimentation Lead in Fayetteville, North Carolina

Job Description

CACI is seeking a Training Experimentation Lead in Fayetteville, NC. This position will be training and evaluating a broad spectrum of U.S. Military Personnel in the proper function, use, and maintenance of Devices and equipment as required. This individual will work with a team that has a mission to develop test plans, mature venues, train and evaluate Soldier performance, analyze performance data, and help write test reports.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Develop and present complex training programs for soldiers and contractor personnel related to US Military Individual Equipment.

  • Coordinate with customer to identify program needs, and obtain technical data and schedule programs.

  • Test and evaluate trainees to measure their learning progress, and evaluate effectiveness of training presentations.

  • Conduct training programs on complex topics and designs and develops training program elements/modules.

  • Provide guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing strong technical and training skills.

  • Perform duties as Primary Instructor for Operator and Operator/Field Service Representatives courses.

  • Provide sustainment support for assigned equipment.

  • Assist in developing test plans, and maturing training/evaluation venues.

  • Train and evaluate Soldier performance.

  • Analyze performance data, and helping to write test reports.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must possess Army MOS 11 or 18 Series.

  • Requires advanced knowledge of Firearms, Night Vision and Thermal equipment typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

  • Active Secret Security Clearance.

  • Must be able to travel up to 50% (CONUS and OCONUS).

  • Small Unit Tactics instructor experience which may include Ranger School Instructor or Special Forces Qualification Course Instructor.

  • Familiar with the Army Acquisition Process (DAU LVL 1).

  • Familiar with Army test and evaluation.

  • BA/BS and 10 years of related experience.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Project Management preferred.
