Our team helps multinational clients manage their mobile workforce by developing effective expatriate management solutions. You’ll be assisting our team manage business processes through expatriate software implementation, systems redesign and integration with enterprise Human Resources/Payroll solutions such as PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP and Human Resources Access.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above

  • Train and lead staff

  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients

  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen

  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and understanding of HR-based technology solutions to manage the consulting, designing, implementing and supporting of enterprise application architecture, selection, implementation and optimization projects, emphasizing a proven record of success in a role that includes the following: Thorough consulting knowledge, assisting clients with the implementation and support of technology solutions related to expatriate taxation and global mobility and enterprise applications. Software development life cycle and technology implementation concepts. Team and project management of multiple large and complex engagements, including a proven track record of success leading and managing projects--from pre-sale and initial scoping through final delivery and signoff within a professional business services environment .

Demonstrates proven thorough ability with, and success in roles contributing on projects involving, ERP-based solutions, including technical development efforts and the design, build, testing and deployment of technical components required for successful ERP solutions. Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success to identify and address client needs: developing client relationships; preparing complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, risk management, budgets, billing and collection. Demonstrates proven extensive ability to utilize effectively written and verbal business communication skills within a professional business services environment, including interacting with clients and firm staff and/or management.
