Church & Dwight UK Ltd have a new role for a European Regulatory Affairs Controller to oversee the regulatory strategy for our in-house and contract manufactured products. The role is based at our manufacturing site in Folkestone, Kent, overseeing our European Regulatory team of 5 and reporting to our Director of Global Regulatory Affairs based in the US.
The Controller will develop and execute the regulatory strategy for our diverse range of household brands which cover Hair Care, Healthcare and Personal Care categories. This will include the management of the Regulatory team to meet the business needs with regard to investigational, new and marketed product within our European markets.
The cross functional nature of our organisation means that the Controller will need to build excellent partnership based relationships with internal stakeholders including R&D and Marketing to ensure products meet the regulatory requirements for our markets.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within a high level regulatory role in a similar industry (Drugs, Devices & Cosmetics), able to solve complex business problems and prioritise a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment. They will have management experience, having successfully coached and developed a team to deliver outstanding results. Finally, due to the European nature of this role and our Regulatory team, bilingual fluency (English/French) is preferable for this role.
Business travel within Europe will be required, which may be as much as once per week.
