CACI International Business Functional Analyst in Fort Belvoir, Virginia
What You’ll Get to Do:
Supports government product owners, project managers, and development team in administering and managing IT software projects on an enterprise scale.
Captures, analyzes, and defines client business, procedural, and technical requirements for software, hardware, integration, network, data, security, etc.
Performs analysis on business and IT processes and identifies improvements, recommends solutions, and manages requirements and change requests.
Develops and implements innovative processes, standards, or operational plans achieved through research and integration of best practices.
Improves upon existing processes and systems using significant conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation.
Performs all scrum master duties throughout the life cycle of the project.
Guides the development team and mitigates distractions, impediments, or team conflicts.
Manages project scope to ensure delivery is compliant with scope commitment.
Maintains focus on product backlog and project timeline to guide project to completion on time, within scope, and on budget.
Conducts extensive investigation to understand root cause of problems. Leverages significant application of technical knowledge and conceptualizing to solve problems.
Educates and reinforces scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and key stakeholders.
Produces functional design specifications based on user requirements, release notes, meeting minutes, training documents, and other project documentation.

- Requires both Business Functional Analyst skills as well as Scrum Master skills.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) and ten years related experience.
Manage team well in order to meet project requirements.
Skilled in SDLC in an agile scrum environment.
Microsoft Office 365 Suite and SharePoint
Active Secret security clearance
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Certified Scrum Master
