CACI is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to Support our Program in Ft. Belvoir, Md.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Operations manager for program; provides technical support to projects and/or tasks in accordance with contract requirements, and appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines. Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities
More About the Role:
Manages the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.
Assists in the management of the Genesis support services program.
Optimizes operating results in terms of cost, methods, and personnel and implements quality assurance program directives.
Assists in defining and implementation of program schedules.
Coordinates with the COR/ACOR on contract requirements and concerns as needed.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, engineering or military discipline leading DoD logistics and/or maintenance operations (CONUS and OCONUS).
TS SCI Clearance
A minimum of four years of managerial experience on programs and projects that provide for global maintenance, integration, installation, engineering and logistics support of complex Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Intelligence Electronic Warfare (IEW) systems and/or support facilities.
Understanding of contract fiscal and business management, including the management of Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) efforts.
Experience in the development, collection, analysis and reporting of personnel requirements, configuration management, quality assurance, integrated logistics, engineering, warehousing, materiel management, maintenance activities and program budgeting.
Trains and directs employee work activities. Signs timecards, prepares performance reviews, handles discipline problems, and has input to hiring and firing.
Project Manager minimum of 2 years on projects of global maintenance; installation; engineer and logistics support for complex Intel systems
