Job Overview and Responsibilities:
Church & Dwight’s International sales and marketing team conducts business in over 137 countries and represents one of the fastest growing business units within Church & Dwight. The Brand Manager, Waterpik International Marketing is a key member of this team and will be responsible for shaping and driving alignment on global brand strategies, accelerating global new product launch efforts and for serving as the steward of global brand equity on the Waterpik brand. She or he will accomplish these objectives through close partnership with C&D subsidiaries, the Global Markets Group (GMG), and the Waterpik office in Ft Collins, CO office, and will be responsible for contributing to a culture of global collaboration and growth. She or he will work with resources in Fort Collins Marketing, Sales, IT, R&D, Regulatory, and Legal to maintain critical communications between the activities from the Fort Collins offices and the International Marketing & Sales teams in an effort to leverage best practices, maximize synergies, and maximize commercial results for the Waterpik International business.
Key responsibilities will include:
Serve as a global steward of Brand Equity. Develop global brand footprints, review / approve creative briefs and review / approve advertising & packaging brand copy.
Drive new product pipeline alignment, adoption and ensure global launch success.
Share global and subsidiary communication learnings, success stories, best practices and testing results with all markets.
Will serve as a project manager and coordinator to lead all International commercial projects that require support from the Fort Collins team.
Will proactively work with the Fort Collins Marketing teams – Professional, Consumer, and Digital (including IT) – to identify opportunities for International business development that can leverage or build on the projects & activities being driven by the Waterpik Fort Collins team.
Will proactively work with the Fort Collins Sales teams to monitor sales programs, trade marketing activities, detailed sales performance, and channel strategies to identify opportunities that the International Sales team – subsidiaries and GMG – can leverage or build upon.
Will actively work with R&D on all International product development projects – pipeline as well as product modification needs – to ensure all international product needs are met.
Will actively work with Fort Collins Regulatory and Legal to ensure all product registrations and claims reviews and submissions are executed properly.
Exhibit a sound knowledge of consumer oral health category, both Waterpik and competition, to drive continuous improvements, synergies, and make sound business decisions.
Prepare and clearly present information to Senior Management and other interested parties.
Monitor and ensure action against competitive activity and meaningful global trends.
Global P&L analysis.
Ability to excel in a cross functional team environment.
Leadership through influence of cross-functional partners is a must.

Good computer skills.
Strong work ethic and determination to achieve excellent results.
High moral and ethical standards.
Education / Experience / Requirements:
College graduate required. MBA preferred. Must be self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines both independently and as part of a team.
5-7 years of marketing experience required. Specific experience working in / with international markets strongly preferred.
Must have excellent English oral and written communications skills. Additional language proficiency preferred, but not a job requirement.
The job will be based at Waterpik headquarters in Ft Collins, Colorado and will require occasional (5%) international travel.
