CACI International Administrative Assistant - Active TS/SCI Required in Fort Gordon, Georgia

What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is looking for an administrative assistant to perform basic quality control and filing of documents related to a project at FT Gordon Georgia. Perform office managerial tasks such as schedules, meeting minutes, calendar creation and maintenance, and training tracking. Create and maintain documentation for government identification cards. Other ancillary office actions as they arise.

    Knowledge & Experience:

  • Requires practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

  • Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must have an active Top Secret / SCI Clearance.

  • Must have 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Must have expert level knowledge with MS Office Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word and Access)

  • Must be experienced in tracking certifications, qualifications and other government required training.

  • Must have experience preparing briefs, tracking schedules and maintaining office calendars.

  • Must have former US Army experience with managing personnel or training.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration preferred.

  • Information Technology experience.
