CACI International Operational SME in Fort Gordon, Georgia
The Operational Subject Matter Expert (OPS SME) shall implement the current master training plan, identify deficiencies, train new service members and contractors on the organization’s deleted techniques and procedures (TTP’s), standard operating procedures (SOPs) and governing documents/policies, verify completion of computer based training, and they shall assist in developing and implementing the organization’s cross training program. The contractor shall conduct quality control of the on-the-job training program and mission operations in order to ensure Government approved TTPs, SOPs, and other governing documents are adhered to. The contractor shall coordinate with the Watch Integration Team (WIT) and Government trainers to ensure Job Qualification Standards (JQS) are met. The contractor shall produce detailed reports regarding the training program and the organization’s performance, to be provided to the Government during regularly scheduled mission performance review meetings to be held quarterly at a minimum. The objective of the Operational SME is to implement and reinforce the established training program and to provide technical recommendations to the Government. The OPS SME supports activities at Fort Gordon, GA.
Candidates with a TS/SCI Clearance and a CI Poly can be accepted for the program, however, the individual must be able to pass a FS Poly to remain employed.
At least ten (10) years of experience in the SIGINT community with five (5) or more years of experience related to processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) operations.
- Subject Agency or SCE or industry equivalent; Subject Matter Expert (SME) certification or demonstrated experience.
Successfully completed SIGINT analysis and reporting course at Goodfellow AFB; OR Navy Analysis and Reporting Course (NARC); OR Network Intelligence Analysis Apprentice; OR Electronic Warfare/Signals Intelligence Analyst (Basic Analysis and Reporting Course (BARC)); OR Marine Analysis and Reporting Course; OR equivalent NSA NCS Course (CK155 – Cryptologic Skills for Non-Commissioned Officers).
- Ground and/or airborne active/passive collection and interrogation methodologies exploiting (Ground System Mobile (GSM 2G, Universal Mobile Telecommunications Systems (UMTS 3G, Long Term Evolution (LTE 4G) / Next Generation Mobile, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers standard 802.11, Wireless Fidelity (WiFi), Bluetooth, Agency fielded cooperative emitters, Digital Mobile Radio (DMR), Push to Talk Radio (PTT), Niagara Files (NiFi), Digital Receiver Technology (DRT) Alaska software).
