Summary:

The Enterprise Planning Analyst, Sr. will provide knowledge, techniques and/or capabilities related to system IA, certification and accreditation (C&A), documentation, security testing and vulnerability remediation.

  • Analyze complex network and IA systems in unclassified and classified environments for compliance with DoD and industry best practices security configuration requirements

  • Validation of Information Assurance (IA) Controls

  • support the Certification and Accreditation process for administering DoD (Department of Defense) Risk Management Framework (RMF) program.

  • Maintain an awareness of trends within the Technology Industry

  • Writing Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), COOP, Configurations, and other documentation in support of RMF as required

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • High School Diploma and 12 years’ experience; OR Associates Degree and 10 years’ experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years’ experience

  • Experience developing and implementing security related directives and guidance for Information Assurance; Information Technology; and Information Management;

  • Experience with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) STIG Toolset & SCAP

  • Experience with DISA Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRI)

  • Experience and knowledge in the certification and accreditation processes involving the control families for the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and with eMASS.

  • Experience in managing IT or IA related projects that required extensive and simultaneous documentation and coordination across multiple customers.

  • IT Level I; IAM II certification required

  • iWATCH; AR 25-2 - IA Awareness; AT Level I; Level I OPSEC; CUI; ALMS Security; AHIMA HIPAA – Privacy and Security training required

  • Secret clearance required

  • Knowledge of information technology concepts used in the evaluation of security performance and integrity of state-of-the-art applications; communications systems; hardware; software; satellite control systems; and information processing systems;

  • Leadership and self-direction skills are highly desired.

Ability to solve complex problems utilizing creative thinking skills.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to critically analyze and understand the systems and communicate system requirements to the customer and leadership.

  • Ability to provide on-call support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • Ability to travel as required.

  • Ability to meet eligibility requirements of a government security clearance for access to classified information
