Summary:

  • The Intelligence Systems SME will interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts. The Intelligencec Systems SME will also oversee the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.

  • Evaluate, develop, and deliver technical input to the systems engineering process.

  • Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation.

  • Communicate with other program personnel, Government overseers, and senior executives.

  • Analyze system requirements and coordinates design and development activities.

  • Conduct briefings to a variety of audiences and conveys information in a clear and articulate manner.

  • Perform thorough engineering analysis and quick issue resolution simultaneously.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to ensure timely project completion.

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline

  • 10 years documented Active Duty Tactical, Operational or Strategic experience

  • Experience with intelligence systems (DCGS-A, TGS etc.), modeling and simulation (ONESAF, IEWTPT etc.)

  • IAT II Certification required

  • Top Secret required with ability to obtain SCI clearance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Possess a detailed knowledge of aerial and terrestrial, manned and unmanned reconnaissance and surveillance, intelligence collection operations, processing, analysis, reporting, display, and dissemination

  • Possess a working knowledge of military simulators to include but not limited to OneSAF, Night Vision use in Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) simulation

  • Knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluation methods and techniques.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications and customer service skills.

  • Ability to learn through On the Job Training (OJT), as an operator and new simulators introduced into the battle lab.

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member

  • Ability to obtain SCI clearance

  • Ability to handle controversial situations with tact and diplomacy.

  • Ability to work shift work

  • Understanding of the Army’s future force requirements and capabilities.

Work Environment:
