  • The Clothing Initial Issue Point (CIIP) Supervisor will manage a CIIP, CTIP, and Night Issue Point for the issue (including Special Measurement Items), alteration, exchange, repair, modification, depot support, and warehousing of Army authorized clothing allowances.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage the CIIP.

  • Provide a CTIP lead for personal clothing items as listed in TRADOC Clothing Bag or CTA 50-900 to include document control, materiel management to include requesting, receiving, storing, locating, issuing, classifying, shipping and disposing of personal clothing to authorized customers at Fort Sill.

  • Request and issue special measurement clothing and footwear in compliance with Chapter 7, AR 700-84 and other applicable regulations and directives.

  • Implement the Radio-frequency identification (RFID) tagging system; tags will be affixed to all Phase I and Phase II clothing items as needed.

  • Provide information and reports, resolve issues, and recommend actions to improve delivery of services to the customers.

  • Conduct meetings, evaluate plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions.

  • Attend, or facilitate as required, scheduled and unscheduled CIIP planning and status meetings required by the COR.

  • Adhere to and maintain internal CIIP SOPs.

  • Submit workload reports in accordance with contract requirements.

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

  • Have at least three (3) years of documented general experience which provides a good basis or general knowledge of the principles or organization, management and administration.

  • Have at least three (3) years of documented specialized experience in supervising, administering and operating activities in a type of work or a combination of supply and maintenance functions directly related to clothing and equipment issue, receipt and repair.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Broad scope of knowledge considered necessary for successful management of this contract:

  • Organization and functions of supply to include automated supply systems and the storage, inventory, issue and receipt of clothing and organizational equipment.

  • The interrelated functions of the Army's financial management and general accounting requirements as they relate to the total logistical responsibility of the contract.

  • An understanding of the Army's data processing systems as they relate to the total logistical responsibility of the contract. This includes the ability to implement future programs relative to the above.

  • Military correspondence and a knowledge and understanding of the Army's chain of command.

  • Knowledge of AR 25-400-2, AR 32-4, AR 40-3, AR 210-130, AR 700-84, AR 710-2, DA Pam 710-2-1, AR 735-5, DA PAM 25-30, AR 725-50, CTA 50-900, SB 10-523, TM 10-227, TM 10-8400-201-3, Central Clothing Distribution User Handbook, TRADOC Standard Operating Procedures, DLA direction, and other applicable regulatory guidance.

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

  • The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.

  • During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
