Aetna's Network Management team is seeking an experienced Contract Negotiator to join the Indiana team. This team member will be negotiate and service provider contracts in Commercial and Medicare Advantage Networks.

Strong communication, critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills.
3+ years of related experience, proven and proficient negotiating skills.
Proven working knowledge of competitor strategies, complex contracting options, value based contracting, financial/contracting arrangements and regulatory requirements (hospital, payer, or physician contracting)
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
