Housekeeping Supervisor (Work Schedule: Full Time, Mixed Shift with rotating weekends)

Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Environmental Services Manager, or designee, performs daily functions to support the facility and maintain a clean and safe work environment for patients, physicians, visitors, and staff.

Position Duties:

  • Supports the HCA Code of Conduct. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with organization mission and goals.

  • Ensures patient/personal safety by maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment and adhering to Safety Program and Infection Control Programs.

    Education and Training Experience Required:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Extensive on the job training in Housekeeping practices and procedures, courses or exposure to seminars in Executive Housekeeping a necessity

  • 2 years’ experience in Housekeeping, prefer hospital experience

  • People skills
