HCA, Hospital Corporation of America Pharmacist (PRN) in Fort Worth, Texas
Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Operations Manager, or Pharmacy Clinical Manager, the General Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing general clinical and pharmacy services. This includes supervision of technical staff. The Clinical Pharmacist provides individualized pharmaceutical care for the patient and performs other functions in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the organization and code of conduct of Medical City Fort Worth and HCA and in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. Employee will recognize the population specific needs of all patients.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Education and Training Experience Required * Graduate from a college of pharmacy with an ACPE accredited college with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree
Minimum of one year acute care hospital experience preferred
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
RPH with current Texas License
IV Certification preferred
