This position is for a Retail National Account Representative.

Position Description:

Responsible for interfacing remotely with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions, in a high volume, professional call center environment. Determines the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc. May schedule field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing and resolves return credit problems.

Minimum Requirements

2 years customer service experience

Additional Knowledge & Skills

Reading, writing, arithmetic, good communication skills, PC and word-processing skills, and working knowledge of the company products


HS Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Skills:

Employ high level of interpersonal and communication skills


Organizational skills

Team Oriented

Flexible, resilient and able to adapt to changing business needs

Demonstrates problem analysis, problem solving and decision making skills

Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Certifications/Licensure : PhT certification or license is a plus.
