Become a part of this success story in the role of (SENIOR) GLOBAL EMPLOYEE BENEFITS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT (M/F/D) What you can expect: The role is critical to our strategy to grow and retain GBM clients. As part of the role, you will manage a client portfolio and keep oversight over ongoing client initiatives globally, offer benefits consulting expertise related to employer programs around the world, design and develop client benefits governance structures, support the training of colleagues and contribute to sales pursuit activities. We will count on you to: Execute clients’ ongoing global benefit strategy, including their global benefit financing strategy, through pooling, captives, global insurance programs, etc. Help clients monitor their employee benefit programs around the world by providing aggregated reporting with a view to ensuring strong governance and consistency with their objectives, while offering cost-effective solutions Work proactively and closely with all members of the client account team to influence delivery and ensure that commitments to the client are met Play a part in motivating the GBM team members to understand and meet the client’s requirements and foster a culture of shared responsibility and ownership Oversee implementation of new client appointments and ensure client satisfaction Contribute to the strategic selling process including participating in finalist meetings and other sales presentations as the subject matter expert Proactively look for process improvements that will help to grow and retain GBM clients Assess business and client needs to meet the changing demands of the market and evaluate opportunities to expand the relationship with the client.
