Based in the Frankfurt office, reporting to the EMEA SDN manager, this

role is responsible for working with existing SDN German& Swiss partners,

strategic recruitment of new regional SDN Partners into NetSuite's SDN Partner

Programme, becoming the single point of contact for the regional Sales team and

delivering the recruitment and partnering strategy for the German/Swiss region.

Whilst this is not a sales role, it does come with base salary commission

remuneration rather than 100% salary.

Key Attributes Needed for this Position:

  • 3-5 years Alliance/Developerprogramme experience with Independent Software Vendors in partneringprogrammes is strongly preferred

  • Sales, Direct Sales orSales Enablement experience of interest

  • Experience of the GermanERP market a distinct advantage

  • Excellent interpersonaland relationship building skills

  • Executive relationshipexperience

  • Cloud/SaaS experience essential

  • Native German speaker

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the SDNteam, Product Management and the sales team, identify prospective partnersfor the German region.

  • Build a local regionSolution map rolling up into the EMEA solution map for a rich partnerecosystem within this region.

  • Approach identified ISVsto recruit them into the SDN programme , bring partners on board andenable them for success.

  • Provide ongoing partnermanagement to those partners recruited in your region.

  • Work with key partnersto co-create and execute sales and marketing strategies. Report progressto EMEA and SDN management.

  • Build and maintainstrong positive working relationships with the EMEA team, global SDN team,the German direct and channel sales teams and Product Development.

  • Be the single SDN pointof contact for German sales and solution consultants, and introduce themthe appropriate SDN partners for their customer deals.

  • Track regionalreferrals, leads and deals with SDN partners to ensure influenced revenueis captured.

  • Ensure local NetSuiteteams are trained and using the correct referral process for the SDNpartners.

  • Conduct periodic reviewof goals and plans with assigned ISV partners.

  • EducateISV partners on the effective use of all SDN programme benefits andengagement with sales teams.

  • Become trusted advisor toSales to act as the enabler to the German Direct and Channel teams, whilstmanaging enthusiastic partners expectations for direct engagement.

  • Deliver local marketingactivities according to the EMEA plan and work with the German marketingteam to support local events, speak at them and also potentially do boothduty at shows.

  • Management of theregional Inbound queue to qualify partner requests and work with sales,product and SDN to decide which partners to sign up.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Responsible for the identification of relevant new business opportunities and designs "go-to-market" plan to deliver measurable and significant revenues. Pursues sales opportunities in the market, and carries the baton in the beginning of the sales cycle.

A Business Development Representative is assigned to strategic accounts which may be grouped by industry where Oracle has a limited presence. Acts as primary liaison between Consulting, Sales, and Oracle Development for the product

  • s sales opportunities. Generates business opportunities through prospecting mass market programs and leveraging third party partners. Develops and coordinates a worldwide relationship with customers that establishes Oracle as a preferred vendor and optimizes Oracle

  • s sales of product. Executes aggressive strategies and plans to successfully drive the product as the preferred customer selection. Provides account representatives with information on how the product addresses specific needs, and assists account representatives in using Oracle

  • s products to leverage large revenue opportunities. Assists in articulating product message, coordinates technical resources and hands off deals to a successful close.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 - 7 years of progressively increased responsibilities in sales or sales management preferred. Marketing and business development experience preferred. Demonstrated aptitude for solving business problems using technology and applications. Ability to work with and communicate effectively with multiple colleagues in a team selling environment. Business and account planning implementation experience. Conversant in Oracle technology and product strategies. Strong executive selling skills as well as a demonstrated success in establishing and developing client relationships. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
