Like problem solving? We are looking for someone to join our team to work with internal staff, as well as agents, to resolve commission issues. A portion of your time would be spent researching and processing payments, you would also answer escalated commission calls from brokers, as well has have the opportunity to worth with internal teams to develop new processes and procedures. Fundamental Components:

Aetna operates on a set of core values. As a vital member of our commissions team, you will experience working with agents, assisting in special projects as well as daily/monthly duties that will increase your knowledge and skill set.

Duties include:

  • Processing assignment of commissions

  • Researching any commission issue through a number of resources

  • Processing adjustments

  • Working with our debt management personnel

  • Continuous process improvement


  • Logical and analytical thinking skills required.

  • Novice Excel experience required

  • Out of the box thinking and creative ideas welcomed.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately and efficiently.

  • Experience in a production environment.

  • Customer Service experiences in a transaction based environment preferred, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate.


Education desired for candidates in this position is an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
