Oracle Information Knowledge Center Architect, OCI in Frisco, Texas
Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.

Theposition requires a comprehensive knowledge of Oracle s internal systems tostreamline support of the auditing, contracting, and operational functionsthroughout Cloud Operations, and will require expert level understanding ofOracle Application Express, and PL/SQL, HTML, AJAX, Oracle Database.
Theideal candidate must display exceptional communication skills; a very thoroughand organized work methodology and have the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasksof varying completeness. The candidate must be able to work across multiplelines of business, utilizing existing or seeking out and developing newrelationships that will aide in our team s perpetual pursuit of up to dateinformation.
Theresponsibilities of this role may include but will not be limited to:
Architect, administer, and optimize internal operations intake/output and communications systems and information ecosystem in support of Oracle s global operations.
Work across multiple Oracle Cloud Infrastructure groups to uncover optimization opportunities for the betterment of internal Ambassador Services offerings
Create and maintain a knowledge base specific to supporting contracts, audits, and general Cloud hosting inquiries
Any other reasonable and related tasks which may arise while in this role
The expectation is that this position willevolve as new services are added to the Oracle Cloud offerings, new processesare implemented or existing processes amended, and knowledge transfers takeplace from multiple internal teams. Some travel may be required.
