IBM Research Coordinator in FRISCO, Texas

The Research Coordinator is a part of the market research team within IBM Talent Acquisition Optimization. The role is responsible for providing top level support for research and sourcing strategies across various countries and industries. As a Research Coordinator, you will analyze the current situation on labor markets in various countries and industries to ensure providing high quality data supporting client teams in execution of their daily duties.

Responsibilities:

Gathering quality market data

Participating in preparation of market reports introducing recruitment teams to client's industry and countries of operation

Analyzing labor markets and competitive landscape to identify best available talent

Advising recruiters on market approach

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Ability to search databases, market reports and analysis

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package

  • Recruitment experience is preferred but not essential

  • Strong organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Second European language is an asset, but not a must

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% annually

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
