AECOM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Aircraft Mechanic 3 (Crew Lead, UH-60) in Ft. Campbell, KY.
Maintains production schedules in accordance with published work breakdown schedule.
Utilizes internal and external assets to maintain production flow and executes recovery plans as necessary.
Coordinates team needs with input from hangar supervisor, fellow crew leads and the reset maintenance manager.
Maintains compliance with ground and flight operations procedures.
Reports and briefs project status to senior management and production control.
Maintains training for assigned team.
Ensures safety policies and practices are followed by team members.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Excellent organizational skills in prioritizing workload to meet project delivery schedule.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Experience with the Reset program requirements preferred.
Strong team building skills and the ability to lead a team.
Ability to develop and maintain required relationships with customers, and the ability to work with technical staff to ensure successful results.

High School Graduate or equivalent required.
Seven (7) years actual and recent experience on H-60 series helicopter; Five (5) years required.
Prior leadership managing employees through daily production activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
Must be able to obtain a NAC: I and a CAC for network computer access.
