Aircraft Mechanic III, ESRA
Maintains production schedules in accordance with published work breakdown schedule.
Utilizes internal and external assets to maintain production flow and executes recovery plans as necessary.
Coordinates work center needs with input from production control, fellow crewleads and the backshops manager.
Maintains compliance with ground and flight operations procedures.
Responsible for mat/non mat submissions and assist the ST with tracking status.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; and outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to risk of electrical shock and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of radiation. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Ability to develop and maintain required relationships with customers, and the ability to work with technical staff to ensure successful results.
Able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on multiple assigned projects.
Excellent organizational skills in prioritizing workload to meet component delivery schedule.
Strong team building skills and the ability to lead a team.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
FAA Power plant license required.
Three (3) or more years leading a team in a production environment.
Prior technical inspector duties is a plus.
Ability to comprehend and comply with paint environmental logs and reporting requirements.
Knowledge of T700, T55 and T62 Series APU’s desired.
