Position: HR (Junior) Specialist with French

Job Description:


As a member of our EMEA HR Solutions team, you will be the first point of contact for all HR related inquiries, assisting Arrow employees from French speaking countries with general HR questions and managers with employee lifecycle administration.

No day is like any other day at Arrow, but most of the time, you will be busy with:

  • Responding to HR related questions via multiple channels (e-mail, phone, and case management system)

  • Educating employees of services available to them

  • Creating and defining process improvements, focusing on its standardization

  • Other general administration duties

  • You are fluent in French (C1/C2 level)

  • You are also good in English (B2/C1 level)

  • You are optimist with ‘can do’ attitude

  • You like helping others, you are patient and calm even under pressure

  • You pay attention to the details. You know that anything worth doing is worth doing right.

  • You have a university degree or you are still a student, but able to work (almost) full-time
