Position: HR Solutions Center Manager
HR Solutions Center Manager responsibilities include:
Setting objectives for the HR Associates and Recruitment Coordination teams and tracking progress
Monitoring internal HR systems and databases
Manage HR Operations transitions to Shared Service in EMEA region
We are looking for an HR Solutions Center Manager to oversee all functions of our Employee Experience team and provide remote support to our employees in EMEA region.
HR Solutions Center Manager responsibilities include managing teams, implementing new company policies and maintaining internal HR systems (Workday, HR Connect). To be successful in this role, you should act as a leader, having experience in managing multiple teams (team leaders and their teams). Relevant experience in HR Department connected with SSC industry would be necessary.
Set objectives for the HR Employee experience team and track progress
Lead the employees through changes related to the way of service by HR (application, chat, phone)
Monitor internal HR systems and databases
Design and implement company policies and processes
Monitor key HR Operations metrics
Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
Team management skills
Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
Good knowledge of labor law, ability to understand complicity through EMEA countries
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
