What does Master@IBM offer you?
Within the scope of the 2-year Master@IBM program, we offer valuable professional experience in the area of consulting (combined with an appropriate salary), which you will gain in parallel to your studies. You can complete the master study course at a university (or university of applied sciences) of your choice. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your master's degree. Nevertheless, you can expect challenging assignments in a team-oriented and dynamic environment as well as many opportunities for active co-determination. You will also write your master's thesis in collaboration with your department.
Who are we looking for?
For our in-job master's program, we are looking for highly-motivated students from economics, business or (IT) science based degree courses. In addition to a good bachelor degree, an independent approach to work is also important to us. Are you action-oriented, highly motivated and you have analytical skills? What can you expect from this position?
IBM, as a leader in the Enterprise Server, offers you the possibility to work with a very motivated team, with the goal to overachieve the objectives. The Infrastructure is a key element of the Information Technology Solution for the clients. Some of the key words for IBM Server solution team, is open standard, linux, performance, accelarators, unix, virtualization. As Junior Server Sales, you will be responsible to help the local Sales Team to promote our servers solution in the Suisse romande market. You will have to contact existing or new clients and demonstrate the value of our infrastructure solution. Understanding of the Line of Business within the different industries present in Suisse romande will help you to position the different solutions we have can offer to our clients.
Knowledge of the local market
Knowledge in Sales & Communication as well as in IT Infrastructure
Good communication and presentation skills (in front of the client)
Interest for artificial intelligence (AI)
