Project Manager Bersin Insights Team - USDC

The Project Manager Bersin Insights Team spans all three aspects of Bersin Insights development Research Ideation, Research Execution, and Content Delivery to ensure that there are clearly defined project plans for each individual research workstream, while tracking their overlapping developmental stages to understand the impact of each project on the research roadmap as a whole. The ideal candidate for this role is exceptionally organized, with a passion for user experience, strong communication skills, and the drive to help agile Bersin teams bring the future of human capital to the world.

Based out of our US Delivery Centers in Orlando Florida, Gilbert Arizona or Mechanicsburg

Pennsylvania, you will work with the Deloitte Consulting organization to design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries. If not local to one of these locations, we can help by providing relocation assistance depending on how far you are moving.

Work you ll do:

This role will play a critical facilitation role in helping Bersin maintain a steady cadence of research-driven insights while ensuring a compelling Bersin experience for all research partners, participants and stakeholders. S/he has deep experience in project management, a service excellence mindset and an interest in Bersin research.



Manage overall planning, execution and delivery of projects with agility and precision

Ensure a compelling Bersin experience for all research partners, participants, and stakeholders

Track project status, manage related risks and recommend adjustments as appropriate

Ensure project milestones are met and determine mitigation if there is a risk of not meeting milestones

Provide project status dashboards and insights on a regular basis

Project Planning

Work with Insights team leaders on the ongoing development and refinement of the Bersin research roadmap

Develop project plans for each research workstream, including resources required, timelines, and budgets

Create high-level and detailed views of all Bersin research in flight, identifying areas of potential overlap or strain on resources

Work with project teams to optimize allocation and coordination of tasks given available resources

Work Optimization

Work with teams to remove or mitigate impediments to team performance and wellness.

Continuously identify opportunities for improvement among Insights team s interfaces internally and with other teams

Identify and implement tools and practices to monitor and improve research and content production capacity

Cross-Bersin Communication

Manage communications regarding the research roadmap with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Member Advisory

Collaborate with POCs on those teams to keep member-facing collateral related to the research roadmap up to date

Knowledge Sharing / Documentation

Document and file project-, team-, and Insights-level lessons learned

Deliver timely project health and performance dashboards

Establish and facilitate regular project team meetings

Maintain project artifacts including project plans, communication plans, risk logs, resource plans, and status reports

Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, research, or related discipline

3 years of project management experience, including project timelines, stakeholder management, and budget oversight

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Enjoys working in a collaborative, virtual environment, providing and accepting continuous feedback and support. Must be local or able to relocate to one of our USDC offices (Orlando Florida, Gilbert Arizona or Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania)

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification

Project management experience in a research environment

MS Project and/or other project management software

Other Qualifications:

Verifiable record in applied Project and Portfolio Management

Ability to work comfortably with stakeholders at all levels of an organization

Conceptual and critical thinker

Consultative and self-starter

Ability to manage process and advise co-workers

Experience in a product environment
