Jiffy Lube has committed to the delivery of new Jiffy Lube (JL) Multicare service centers over the next 3-5 years. This role is critical to the delivery of those new service centers as the Franchise Sales and Network Analyst is responsible for bringing new franchisees into the JL system. Not only is this role responsible for bringing new prospects into the system, this role is also responsible for developing and executing a recruiting strategy that delivers from lead to conversion.

  • Manage and implement the franchise recruiting strategy which includes modifying the strategy as changes in the market and industry may dictate

  • Manage and drive the franchisee recruiting process. Serve as the internal/external focal point for franchise inquiries, recruiting and new franchisee on-boarding.

  • Assist with the development and management of recruiting material

  • Leverage various groups in the JL organization to provide information about the value of JL to new franchisee prospects throughout the on-boarding process

  • Manage franchisee selection process and intricate details of relationship management during this process

  • Manage Discovery Day activities

  • Collaborate with marketing around the development of tools and resources to support the recruiting effort such as but not limited to brochures, websites, and general recruiting collateral

  • Develop innovative programs to drive recruitment and reach target audience including programs to incentivize prospects to become franchisees

  • Owner of E2E process for new franchisee onboarding

  • Manage and utilize internal and external data as well as 3rd party software to effectively develop, assess and track a multi-year national network development plan. This includes mapping software, site analytics, and predictive modeling tools.

  • SME for utilizing the software to support network development plans and decisions

  • Ability to do sophisticated analysis consistent with growth plans

  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors to support tools and suggest enhancements to better meet networking plannings needs

  • Manage JL network trends and performance indicators; analyze key drivers, competitive opportunities and integrate with team members to assist in driving network growth

  • SME on the JL Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and provide input on annual updates

  • Collaborate between Network Development, BDM's, and Operations around new store development and growth within the Jiffy Lube network

  • Ability to review and assess all site proposal packages that are routed for approval to the Real Estate Committee (REC) and ensure quality, consistency and compliance with intended strategy and goals

  • Bachelor Degree

  • Minimum five (5+) years of work experience in franchise developer, recruiting, marketing, sales, business development or strategic planning

  • Excellent communication, inter-personal and relationship building skills

  • Excellent teamwork and ability to collaborate cross functionally

  • Experience with working and driving results through others

  • Experience in business performance and financial analysis

  • Experience in working with sophisticated tools and analytical models

  • Digital marketing experience is a plus

  • Franchise recruiting experience strongly preferred
