Eaton in Grapevine, TX is seeking a full-time Electrical Tester to work 1st shift.
The Electrical Tester will ensure high quality manufacture of all Satellite products through inspection, troubleshooting, and assembly in assigned work areas.

In this role, you will:
Inspect, test and troubleshoot all completed Satellite electrical products for regular production, aftermarket and warranty as needed
Communicate and implement line alerts, material quality holds, and engineering directives related to all relevant assemblies
Drive quality management and continuous at the satellite facility through regular communications, team meetings and employee training to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow safe electrical testing procedures and properly use and maintain all gauging and assembly equipment
Assist the Production Manager in effectively planning and managing the organization and utilization of people, technology, and materials, when required
Perform procedures necessary to ensure compliance with all safety expectations (MESH) including safe electrical test procedures, 5S, eye safety, hearing conservation, machine safety guards, ergonomic movement, lock out/tag out, MSDS procedures, and OHSA regulations
Perform other duties as assigned

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED) from an accredited institution
Minimum of 1 year of electrical testing or quality experience in a manufacturing environment
Must be eligible to work in the US permanently without company sponsorship
Relocation is not provided for this position. Candidates must reside within the immediate geographic area of Grapevine, TX to be eligible for consideration
3-5 years of experience in live electrical work – electrician, HVAC, electrical contracting, advanced electrical manufacturing / troubleshooting
Technical training in electrical troubleshooting / circuit analysis – electricians training, HVAC safe electrical training, etc.
Completion of post-secondary education (certificate, associates, bachelors, etc) in electrical engineering, electrical technology, HVAC or other related electrical fields
